What Products Do You Offer

We specialize in Wax Melt Snap Bars and are pleased to announce our newest addition of Room and Linen Sprays!

What Are Wax Melts?

Often referred to as flameless candles, wax melts are small pieces of scented wax that are specifically made to be melted in a wax warmer device.

Unlike candles, wax melts don’t have a wick, so they don’t require an open flame, instead, they are placed in the dish of an electric or tea light wax warmer, where the gentle heat melts the wax and allows the fragrance to diffuse throughout the room.

What Makes Your Products Unique?

Our products are artisanal. They are designed and made by hand in small batches for the best quality control. More than that, our fragrances are themed and created to transport you on a sensory journey of your choosing!

Are Your Products Eco-Friendly?

We strive to be mindful and eco-conscious since we know that you are going to be using this product in your home and around your loved ones, with this in mind, we follow sustainable, eco-conscious principles and use high quality ingredients such as:

  • Natural, domestically grown and processed soy or coconut-soy wax.
  • Phthalate-free, clean label fragrance oils that are developed without ingredients that offput carcinogens, mutagens and toxins.
  • Cosmetic-grade mica pigments for color.
  • Biodegradable glitter made from plant cellulose or other natural adornments such as coffee beans or tea leaves.
  • We package our melts in PET 1 packaging which is fully recyclable.
  • Our shipping materials are also biodegradable / compostable as well.
  • All our sourced ingredients are sustainable, vegan-friendly, cruelty free, and never ever tested on animals.

What Are Your Wax Melts Made Of?

Magic of course!

But seriously, our melts are crafted with care and are made using domestically grown soy wax, or a coconut-soy wax blend for some of our limited edition melts, both of these waxes contain natural plant additives to make them suitable for wax melts.

Our melts also feature custom-blended fragrance oils, and for a touch of flair, we use either natural micas or candle dyes, a sparkly touch of biodegradable glitter made from plant cellulose or other adornments such as coffee beans or tea leaves.

And just as a disclaimer, no magical creatures or mystical artifacts are ever harmed in the making of our wax melts— it's just a lot of dedication and a sprinkle of whimsy ^_^

How Are Your Wax Melts Packaged?

Our wax melts are packaged in recyclable PET 1 clamshells. We do our best to prioritize environmentally friendly practices by ensuring that our shipping materials are either compostable, biodegradable or recyclable.

How Fragrant Are Your Products?

Strongly scented with 10% fragrance load and cured for 1-2 weeks, one piece of your snap bar should produce enough fragrance to fill a small room. For larger rooms, two pieces are recommended.

Our Room and Linen Sprays have a moderate 5% Fragrance Load allowing you to use as much or as little as you'd like without being overwhelmed.

How Long Do Your Melts Last?

Generally one bar of our melts can last anywhere from 30-40 hours. The length of time your melt's fragrance lasts depends on various factors such as the type of wax warmer you're using, the heat output of the element, and the size of the room your wax warmer is in.

Since you can go “nose-blind” to smells after a while, it’s recommended to use your wax warmers for up to four hours at a time.

What If I Accidentally Eat One Of Your Wax Melts? Will I Get Magical Powers?

We’re flattered by your adventurous spirit and we understand how tempting it might be, but we absolutely do not condone or advise ingesting our melts in any way. They’re strictly for scenting your space, not your taste buds!

If you or anyone else ingests any of our products please contact a medical doctor or poison control center immediately.

Can I Mix Different Wax Melts Together?

Absolutely! Combining wax melts is a great way to create unique fragrance combinations. You can experiment to find your favorite blend, just be mindful that adding too many wax melts to a warmer at once can cause the wax to overflow once melted.

Will Your Melts Work In Scentsy Warmers?

This depends on your wax warmer's wattage.

If your warmer has a bulb that is at least 25 watts (to as much as 35 watts), our melts will perform well in them.

If your warmer's bulb is 15-20 watts, which is the wattage of most scentsy warmers, then our melts will not work well in them.

Do You Offer Customizations/Personalization?

We do not currently offer customizations or personalizations for our products.

What If My Favorite Product is Out of Stock/Sold Out?

We do our best to stay on top of restocks, and as such we've created a Restock Schedule that you can check to see when your favorite melt will be back in stock!

This schedule also includes melts we will be bringing back but whose dates are undefined either because we're waiting on one or more of the oils to be resupplied, as well as a list of melts that have been discontinued which includes some of our seasonal melts like our Halloween and Christmas Collections.

Orders

What Is Your Processing Time?

Once you place your order we typically have it processed, packaged and ready to ship within 1-3 days.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Most orders will typically ship out the next day once they've been packaged (the exception being Sundays).

Can I Change My Order After Placing It?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it, including modifications to products, quantities, or delivery details. As such, please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

If you have any issues or concerns after placing an order, please contact us right away and we will do our best to assist you with possible solutions.

Oh No! I Entered The Wrong Address For My Order! What Do I Do??

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to change any shipment details for an order once it has been placed. If you have entered an incorrect address, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Cancellation Request: Contact us immediately to request a cancellation of your order. Please provide your order number and let us know the reason for the cancellation.
  2. Replace Your Order: Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will need to place a new order with the correct address details.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

We are currently working on making gift cards available so stay tuned!

Can I Send My Order As A Gift?

Absolutely! Let us know in the cart notes that your order is a gift and what message (if any) you'd like to have sent with the order as well as the occasion so we can pick the most appropriate mini card for you!

And don't worry, orders that are marked as gifts won't include a packing slip that shows the prices on it

Also, we are currently working on adding the option of gift wrapping so stay tuned for that!

*Please note that if you want to send multiple gifts each will need to be placed as their own individual order as we are unable to process split shipments.

Why Am I Receiving An Email/Call/Text Message From NoFraud To Confirm A Transaction?

You received an email/call/text from NoFraud because your transaction had irregular shopping characteristics and/or an elevated risk of fraud. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.

After I Confirm The Transaction With NoFraud, Do I Need To Do Anything Else?

After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.

Will NoFraud Ever Ask Me For My Personal Information?

NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number or social security number.

Will My Order Be Delayed?

In most cases, as soon as your response is received by NoFraud, your order will be released for processing.

I Did Not Make The Transaction And Neither Did Anyone That Has Access To My Credit Card/Payment Account. What Do I Do Now?

After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for future use.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship throughout the US including to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico!

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we are unable to offer international shipping.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $99+ and over!

Once your cart total after coupons or discounts are applied is $99+, free shipping is automatically applied to your order, no code necessary!

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

The estimated timeframe for your order depends on which shipping method you selected. We offer USPS Ground shipping which typically takes up to 5 days (not including Sundays) and USPS Priority Shipping which typically takes 1-3 days.

Please keep in mind that shipping times do not include our processing and packaging times which ranges from 1-3 days.

What if My Tracking Info Isn't Updating?

Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and can take as much as 48 hours to update. If you haven't gotten any updates in that time please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you. You can also contact the carrier directly with any issues since they will have more information available.

Tracking Shows My Order Was Delivered But I Can't Find It!

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that and we know how frustrating that can be! Sometimes carriers mark the package as delivered before it gets to you so we ask that you give it 48-72 hours and in most cases you'll find your scent-sational box of delights has shown up on your doorstep the next day.

Sometimes carriers may drop off your package at a parcel locker or access point for pick up and it may take a day or two for them to reroute it to you.

In the event that your order is MIA, we strongly recommend double checking your shipping address details to make sure it was correctly entered and reaching out to the carrier directly to see if they can track your package down.

If you still are unable to find your order within 72 hours after it's been marked as delivered please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist you.

What if My Order Was Damaged In Transit?

If you receive a damaged order we request that you reach out to us as soon as possible and include pictures of the damage so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. We also request that you keep the damaged item and any package materials that came with the order as it may be requested if USPS decides to investigate the situation.

Help! My Melts Arrived...Melted!

The summer heat can be relentless so melted wax melts are an unfortunate possibility during these months. We do upgrade our packaging in an attempt to mitigate this issue as much as we can, but here's a few things you can do as well:-

Opt for Priority Shipping: This gets your melts to you faster, minimizing their time in hot warehouses.

Quick Retrieval: Bring your package inside as soon as it's delivered to avoid having them sit in the heat.

Rehardening Tips: If your melts are soft upon arrival, leave them in their closed clamshells (label side up) in a cool, dark place for a few days, or if you'd like to use them sooner, pop them into the fridge or freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden. Afterward, you can store them at room temperature.

Cancellations & Returns

What Is Your Order Cancellation Policy?

We typically allow a 12 hour window once your order is placed to when it's processed and packed to allow for potential cancellations. If you haven't received a tracking number yet for your order and you'd like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We really want you to be thrilled with your order so if you're not 100% satisfied we would love to make things right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can help however we can. However, due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the item is unused & returned in its original packaging in the condition in which it was sent. Once your return is accepted we'll communicate with you regarding the next steps.

Please note that we are unable to cover return shipping and that items that are on sale, discontinued, limited edition or were bought with a gift card are not eligible for return and are considered final sales.

Care & Safety Tips

General Usage Warnings

  • Do not ingest any of our products or use them on your hair or skin.
  • Use our wax melts only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts.
  • Ensure that you are using a warmer made for wax melts and NOT an oil burner.
  • Never leave your wax warmer unattended or in reach of children or pets.

Can I Leave My Wax Warmer On Overnight?

We strongly advise against doing this as most wax warmers are only designed to be used for a few hours at a time. Leaving them on for prolonged periods can lead to overheating which can pose a fire hazard and reduce the overall life of your wax warmer.

Are Your Wax Melts Safe For Use Around Birds?

Birds in particular are incredibly sensitive to all types of fragrances be it from wax melts, candles, room sprays, and even cleaning products. As such, we do not recommend using our products around your feathered friends.

If you do intend to use our products in a home where a bird resides, please ensure that they are kept away from wherever the fragrance is being used and that the room they are in is well ventilated to avoid any issues.

Are Your Wax Melts Safe For Use Around Dogs & Cats?

We adore our furry-friends as much as you do, and as such our products are created to be generally safe to use in households shared with pets when used as directed. That said, keep in mind that smaller breeds or breeds with known breathing issues may be more sensitive to strong smells and that certain fragrance / essential oils can be irritating to them.

If you have any concerns about using our products around your pets, we recommend erring on the safe side and contacting your veterinarian for the best advice for your fur-baby.

Are Your Wax Melts Safe For Use Around Orges & Dragons?

Absolutely! Our wax melts are perfectly safe for dragons and ogres alike—though we recommend keeping them away from any dragon-sized treasure hoards.

So far, we’ve had zero complaints from the fantastical community, but we're more than open to any fiery feedback!

How Should I Store My Wax Melts?

For the best results, keep your wax melts stored in their sealed clamshell containers in a cool and dry place. We also highly recommended storing them in a dark space, such as a drawer or pantry, and away from direct heat or sunlight as exposure to either can cause the color and fragrance of your melts to degrade over time.

How Do I Clean My Wax Warmer?

There are several ways you can remove wax from your warmers:

1: Utilize a silicone wax warmer liner, this is a great option that makes clean up a breeze. You place the liner into your wax warmer dish and place your wax melts into the liner. When you're ready to discard the wax, simple allow it to cool and harden and you can easily pop it out of the liner with little to no mess.

2. You can use cotton balls or pads to soak up the liquified wax and discard them in the trash.

3. You can let the wax cool in the warming dish until solid and use a tool like a butter knife to gently pop it out or scrape it out. You can also put the fully cooled dish into the freezer to harden the wax to the point where the edges pulls away from the dish making it easier to pop out. Do not put a warm or hot warming dish into the freezer.

NOTE: It is important to note that you should never use cleaning products on your warmer as residual chemicals may release harmful gases once you heat your warmer up.

How Do I Discard My Wax?

When your melted wax is out of fragrance and you're ready to discard it, simply let it cool and harden back into solid wax and then dispose of it in the trash.

NOTE: Never pour hot/liquid wax directly into the trash and never pour it down your drains as this will lead to clogs once the wax cools and hardens.

Alternatively, a great way to repurpose your wax is to make firestarters for camping or your fireplace! Simply dip materials such as cotton balls, pinecones, or small pieces of wood into the wax and allow it to harden.

Troubleshooting

Why Am I Not Getting Any Fragrance Throw?

There can be many reasons why the fragrance throw of a wax melt might be off. Here are a few things you can test or look out for:

  1. Ensure you're using a wax melt warmer and not an oil burner. They look very similar but oil burners are far more aggressive in their heat output which will cause the fragrance in your wax melts to burn off before it can disperse.
  2. Check the heat of your wax warmer - sometimes your warmer might be too hot and the fragrance burns off, or not hot enough and the fragrance will simply sit in the warmer and not have any throw. Soy wax should never be heated to over 200°F, to prevent burning and degradation of the fragrance oils. An ideal range for our wax melts would be 160°F-175°F.
  3. Check where your warmer is placed in relation to airflow of the room. Sometimes the location of your warmer might make it susceptible to various drafts and airflows that can push the fragrance to where you don't smell it or want it to be. Try placing your warmer in different areas of your room/home until you find the one that works best.
  4. Check how long you've used the wax for. Sometimes time goes by faster than you think and you may have simply gotten used to the fragrance (known as going nose blind). Or perhaps the wax may just be out of fragrance and you'll need to add a new piece to your warmer. Keep in mind certain fragrances are more delicate than others and will fade faster, softer scents like citrus and florals don't linger as long as other fragrances.
  5. Check how old the wax melt is - this can apply two ways: We typically cure our melts for 1-2 weeks before we list them but certain blends might need a little extra cure time. If your melt is "fresh" try setting it aside (sealed in its clamshell) in a cool, dark place for an extra week to allow it to cure even longer which can improve the throw.
    Alternatively, while wax melts have a great shelf life of up to 2 years when stored correctly, they can still denigrate and lose their scent over time and they may not be as strong as they once were.
  6. Certain scents are not going to be as strong as others, some scents have a softer overall fragrance profile and as such will have a lesser range of throw. Some of these scent profiles include: delicate florals like lilacs and lavender, light fruits like pears and melons, herbal notes like green tea and sage, or other softer notes like aloe, powder, vanilla etc.
  7. Everyone's scent perception and tolerance varies. Sometimes there may be certain fragrance notes or scents you simply cannot detect as much as others, so wax melts with those fragrance notes may not smell or throw as strong to you.

A great test to determine if a wax melt is putting out fragrance is to place your warmer into a small draft free room (bathrooms are a great option) put your wax melt onto the dish and turn it on. Close the door and leave the room for 20-30 minutes. Check back after this time to determine if the melt has released any fragrance and how strong it is so you can determine where best that specific scent can be utilized.

What Are The White Spots On My Wax Melts?

Since our wax melt snap bars are made using natural soy wax, you may notice some whitish spots known as “frosting” on your bars, this is completely normal and a natural feature of soy wax. It does not in any way affect the wax melt’s performance or fragrance.

Why Do Your Labels Fade Over Time?

In an effort to be more eco-conscious we use labels that are ink-free and toner free. Our labels are thermally printed and are BPA/BPS free, contain no carcinogens, and are RoHs certified. However, despite being oil and water resistant, they are susceptible to fading over time especially if kept in direct sunlight or when exposed to heat or certain materials (such as the wax melts themselves being placed directly on the label).
