Restock FAQ

What is this page for?

This page gives you our planned schedule of restocks so you can keep track of your favorites if they are out of stock.

Here you'll find melts that are:

  • Melts that are curing and waiting to be restocked - these will have listed dates of when they will become available.
  • Melts that are on our backlog to be restocked
  • Melts that are / are being discontinued.

How often is this page updated?

We keep this list as current or up to date as possible and check in to update it as we restock and make new batches.

What does "restocking soon date undefined" mean?

This just means that we intend to remake this melt but we're unsure when exactly it will be restocked.

This can be for a number of reasons but the most likely is that one or more of the oils needed for that blend is out of stock or on back order and we're just waiting for a resupply so be sure to keep checking back if your favorite in on this list!

Why is my favorite melt being discontinued??

There are many reasons why some of our melts are discontinued and why they're on the list.

Sometimes the melts were seasonal such as our Halloween or Christmas lines and the collection is sold out for the season.

Sometimes that particular scent was a limited edition run that was sold out.

Sometimes our suppliers have discontinued one or more of the fragrance oils we need for the blend and we're unable to find a matching alternative.

Or sometimes some melts just don't sell well so they're discontinued to allow us to create even more fresh new scents and collections!

That said, if there is a discontinued melt that you really would like to see brought back, feel free to drop us a message and let us know so we can make note of it and maybe bring it back!
