Refund policy

We really want you to be thrilled with your order so if you're not 100% satisfied we would love to make things right.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

However, due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the item is unused & returned in its original packaging in the condition in which it was sent. Once your return is accepted we'll communicate with you regarding the next steps.

Please note that we are unable to cover return shipping and that items that are on sale, discontinued, limited edition or were bought with a gift card are not eligible for return and are considered final sales.
